Vesta Parkside is located on the east side of the Parkside campus, which is comprised of development for multi-family, senior, and townhome housing, as well as commercial development including offices and a hotel. The entire campus covers 15 acres in Ward 7, just across Route 295 from the Minnesota Avenue Metro station.
The third building that G+P has designed for this campus, after senior housing at Victory Square and affordable multifamily at The Grove, Vesta Parkside is a market rate multifamily building with 191 Studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and Loft apartments.
While the entire Parkside development was certified LEED-ND under a pilot program, Vesta Parkside is targeting LEED v4 Multifamily Midrise Gold certification.
